OSWEGO, N.Y. -- Oswego County voters will elect a district attorney, county legislators, a new mayor in Oswego and town officials in the Nov. 3 general election. District Attorney Gregory Oakes, a Republican, is running for re-election against Democrat Michael McAndrew in the biggest race in the county. Only 11 of the 25 races for Oswego County Legislature seats are contested this year. In Oswego, Mayor Thomas Gillen is not running for re-election.
